Carter Horsley's Review of 103 East 84th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This handsome, 10-story apartment building was erected in 1917 and converted to a cooperative in 1954. It has 34 apartments.

This is a quiet street in a busy, but convenient neighborhood. Supermarkets and video rental stores are nearby and an express subway station is two blocks to the north. There is excellent crosstown bus service on 86th Street, where there are movie theaters and a wide variety of stores, and 79th Streets." Read Carter's Full Review
